Covid-19 Testing: Book your Pre-Departure Antigen Test ($50)

Are you experiencing any of the following symptoms?

  • Worsening chronic cough
  • Shortness of breath
  • Difficulty breathing
  • Chills
  • Headache
  • Sore throat
  • Difficulty swallowing
  • Pink eye (conjunctivitis)
  • Decrease or loss of sense of taste or smell
  • Unexplained fatigue/malaise/muscle aches
  • Nausea/vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain
  • Runny nose or nasal congestion without other known cause


In the past 14 days, have you been identified as a close contact of someone who is confirmed as having COVID-19?

*If you answered YES to any of the questions above, you will not be able to book an appointment.

* Please make sure to select an appointment date that is within one (1) day of your departure date. 

For example, if you are departing on August 20, select August 19.

 

 

Travellers to countries other than USA and Canada:

* Please make sure to select an appointment date that is within 72 hours of your departure date.
For example, if you are departing on August 20, select either August 17, 18, or 19 for your appointment.
